1. Are your products shrink-wrapped?
All products are shrink-wrapped unless stated otherwise. Due to the nature of shrinkwrapping and international shipping, some boxes may have minor shrink tears, loose wrap, or small dents/creases to the outer packaging. This is common and does not affect the authenticity or the sealed contents of the box.
2. What do the conditions on cards refer to?
Byndr Choice: Assessed by our staff to be in excellent condition with minimal flaws.
Binder Copy: Cards that are near-mint or better. These cards may have slight edge wear, minor scratches or whitening spots, but overall look appealing with no major defects.
Budget Copy: Cards that show visible damage and are sold significantly cheaper.
3. Can I return or exchange items?
Due to the nature of trading card products, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted, especially for opened or unsealed items. Please refer to our returns policy.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only deliver within Singapore.
5. Can I request photos of specific cards?
For higher-value products (above $100), yes — feel free to contact us for additional photos. For bulk or lower-value cards, we provide condition grading instead of individual photos.
6. Can I do self-collection?
We do not have a physical store, but if you wish to self-collect it may be arranged. Contact us for details.
